Parents who have their email listed in their child’s profile will receive an automatically generated email inviting them to request this online resource. 

If you didn’t receive this email, please make sure your school has your most current email address and check your spam folder.

You may also request an activation key by emailing parentvue@tempeschools.org.  Please include your child’s name, grade level, school, date of birth and city of birth. We will send you an activation key by return email.

Follow the directions outlined in your email message. You will need to type in the first name, last name, and activation key exactly as listed on the bottom of the email.

If you have difficulty logging in using this information, please email parentvue@tempeschools.org. Explain your problem and leave your contact information.

Activation codes will be invalid after 45 days for security reasons.

If you are attempting to activate your account beyond this time frame, you will need to email parentvue@tempeschools.org to request a new activation key. In your request, please include your child's name, school, grade level, date of birth, and city of birth for all of your children attending a district school.

Double check that you have entered your first name, last name and activation key exactly as listed on your received notice.

No, you do not need separate activation keys for each child. ONE activation key will be provided for all children in your household that are attending a school in the district.

Sign in with your user name, and click on ‘Forgot my password.’ Enter your email address that linked to your account and your password will be sent to you automatically.

You can change your password after activating ParentVUE.

1. After logging in, click on the “My Account” tab and on the far right-hand side under your name and date.
2. Click on “To change your password click here.”
3. Change your password and record it in a secure place.

ParentVUE reflects information on file at your child's school. To update any listed information, please contact the school office. 

If you believe that the attendance for your child is incorrect, please contact the school office.

Yes, there is a mobile app available for IOS and Android platforms. However, you must activate your account first on a computer.
